Mr. Nicholson is the visionary and driving force behind TrainingU247 and the simulator-based interactive training module development division, U247 Publishing.

With more than two and a half decades of experience developing and delivering technical instructional content to vast audiences worldwide, Mr. Nicholson is leading the way in the development of affordable industry-oriented solutions for transferring and tracking critical product, company, and industry knowledge across global networks of employees, sales and service organizations, and other channel partners.

Mr. Nicholson founded The M3 Group, a sister company to TrainingU247,  ten years ago to develop technical manuals for the commercial food service equipment industry, as well as tangential markets such as agricultural and construction equipment, defense industries, outdoor power equipment, packaging and automation machinery, Mr. Nicholson expanded his operation in 2005 to include the development of 3D animated, simulator-based interactive training modules for equipment manufacturers and restaurant chains such as Burger King and Red Robin.

Prior to founding The M3 Group, Mr. Nicholson was the CMO of venture-funded AmericanManufacturers.com, which was a web-based educational portal and online buyer-seller exchange for more than 450,000 US manufacturers.

The M3 Group remains a leading developer of technical manuals and foreign language translations of technical documentation.
